4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned items.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, customized goods, and clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or personalization constraints.
