1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery timeline: 3–7 business days within India, depending on the destination.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional time.

3. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared via email.

  • You can track your package via the courier partner’s tracking portal or through the YourWishlist Order Tracking Page.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping offers may be available during promotional periods or on orders above a specified value.

5. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

    • Weather disruptions

    • Courier delays

    • National holidays or unforeseen circumstances

  • YourWishlist is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping/dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers must follow the return/ refund process after delivery.

  • A WhatsApp confirmation message will be sent via our official WhatsApp API to verify and confirm your order before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, you may request cancellation through the confirmation message itself.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
