1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, customized or personalized products, and clearance sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our 24×7 customer support team via email or phone and provide your order details. 

  • Free pickup for defective items or incorrect items.

  • Our team will share step-by-step instructions along with the return shipping address.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund without any extra charges.

5. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available.

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
